What was your cycle? What progress did you make, fat loss, muscle gain?

Was this your diet while on cycle?

At this point (end of PCT) your focus needs to be to maintain what you gained/lost in your cycle.

If you managed to gain BF whilst on Test E & Dbol & Deca, it is self-evident that your diet sucked. You didn't do much cardio either, did you?

As for your diet now, it looks clean and decent. You don't really need to do the yoghurt & casein blend as for your last meal, however.

Your diet is lacking both red meat and oily fish, choose one and consume it in your last meal of the day instead of lactose loaded greek yoghurt and sodium loaded casein blend.

My last meal is usually 8oz of beef fillet and steamed veggies with a few tbps of EVOO. It is a great last meal for your body.

I did not do any cardio. I substitute lean red meat in a few times a week just to change it up. So the yogurt is bad got it.

I defiantly agree you NEED red meat.

Yogurt isn't always bad but not a good choice for what you want.

You need to keep up your diet in these next few weeks, it will be critical to maintaining what you have gained on your cycle.

Your 2% might even come off eating like this for 4-6 weeks.

Thanks for the advice bro. I plan on making this change in diet more of a lifestyle change instead of just trying to diet for certain period of time. So it's good to hear I'm headed in the right direction. Thanks again for the advice.

That's the way to really have a good physique. Our bodies show what we eat, if we eat clean and good all the time (with an occasional cheat meal) then it will show. Guys who eat a bunch of crap and then diet down, they never look as good as the guy who does it right.
