So I have always had this gut, it's not fat it just sticks out if I let it relax. I have abs but not really defined. Little bit of background... I'm 29 and been working out for almost 2 yrs straight now after I decided I wanted to gain some weight and now I'm addicted lol, started out at only 150lbs, was that weight for 10 yrs at least able to eat whatever I wanted I'm a very hard gainer and even at 150 I had abs but still my stomach stuck out when relaxed... like bloated or pregnant type of look. I'm now at 195lbs so close to 200 I can taste it. I bounce from 190-195 easily if I don't get my calories. I try to get around 5000 a day. I lift 4-5 times a wk. I finished up my first cycle in January with good results lowering my bf and major increase in strength. It was standard newbie test e 500mg/wk for 12 wks. But I can't get rid of this damn stomach No matter how manny sit ups or Roman lifts or crunches I do. I just read something today about stomach vacuum exercise and have been messing around with that but if anyone has any other ideas or input please let me know, this is only place I struggle.
