    Creatien

I've read 1 month on 1 month off. Is this needed?

I've tried both ways.... On/off and taking it everyday consistently. Never noticed a difference.

No - you can take it for however long you want. You won't notice a difference.

I get bored easily so I change them frequently. Thought the beaver one was quite funny myself...

Its a good idea to take breaks from anything. With CREATINE though I would probably go 2-3 months and then take a 4 week break.

Personally, I take it when I'm eating a hypercaloric diet, and I take a break when cutting.

I usually go 8 weeks on it & 4 weeks off. I don't see a point in taking it year round. I include the off times when i take a break from lifting & taking it easy.

I see no benefit in coming off of creatine. I've only read broscience on it. Just make sure you're water intake is high enough every day and you will be fine. I've been taking it forever.

I take it every day for years, i drop to 2ish grams ed when not bulking and up to 5-9g when I am bulking.
no need to cycle on or off unless you just like seeing the water drop and come back, i think its cheap and safe and rec ti every day even at a low dose, specially if you dont eat meat. ( meat has creatin in it, so really you are already taking it if you eat meat)
