    Help with workout routene please

    Any suggestions on a good workout routene for eod for mass size and strength I've been doing push pull legs for a while now with legs somehow being neglected and shoulders being trained on legs day

    I like the old 4 day split

    Chest/bi
    Legs abs
    (for me I rest after legs)
    Shoulders/tris
    Back/traps
    (rest 1 or 2 days)
    You can go EOD but it's not effective for ME, maybe you're different

    Thats what i do as well train mon tue thu fri and off wed sat sun remember you don't grow in the gym rest days are really important.
