I was wondering what your thoughts were about doing fasted morning cardio to lower bf and I am also on Clen
What are your stats? I would do this maybe if I was in single digit bf already and looking to prep for a show or just look my best.
Seems a bit excessive for the recreational lifter.
Fasted cardio and clen don't make up for a crummy diet![]()
Just search clen on this site. There is a thread called the clen handbook. A lot of your answers are in there so you don't have to make three threads about it in one night. I applaud that you're learning but look into it a bit in addition to asking.
