    Workout routine while losing bodyfat

    What are most of you guys traing routine when cutting or trying to lose some bodyfat. I am preparing for a future cycle and on a low carb diet with fasted cardio 5 days a week in the mornings and lift in the evenings and my lifts suck...no energy. Any suggestions or comments is greatly appreciated.

    Add some bcaa's with your morning fasted cardio. While weight training I try to super set everthing.
    You will need carbs before your workouts.

    When I'm cutting I opt for higher volume type workouts... something along the lines of GVT and/or GBC. Lower weight, higher reps, lots of sets. You're basically relying on fatigue moreso than tension (such as with HIT style training which is better suited to adding mass IMO) and this will do a MUCH better job of depleting glycogen stores which is a good idea when you want to burn bodyfat more efficiently.

    GVT/German Volume Training (i.e. 10x10 is typical), GBC/German Body Comp. It's against the rules to post links to other boards, but a google search for either will get you plenty of info.
