I will be starting my first PH cycle in a few weeks. I will be taking RPN Havoc (Epistane clone) for 30 days. I have spent a year researching it, while working out naturally. I don't need PH related advice, rather I would like to know if I should increase my workouts? Of course I will be increasing my reps considerably, but as far as rest time goes - I typically take 2 days off to rest. I work out every 3 days. I only do upper body.
During my 30 day PH cycle, should I do my workout every other day? Or maybe even every day?

Thanks. I was referring to Turkish. I got defensive thinking he was knocking me. Rather, maybe he was knocking PH - or my choice to use PH.
