    Pulled a muscle somehow

    In my chest seems to be like a bruised painfull feeling when I take a deep breath or cough or strecth its not majerly bad but how long should I lay low on the weights I'm 5 weeks into cycle and would be seriously pissed to have to stop now when I'm about to reach peak off course

    I pull my muscle every night... Jk

    Serious question...do u bounce ur bench press off ur chest, or have you? I know how it is, all juices up thinking u can throw up more weight then u can, bounce it off ur chest to try and get it up.

    Funnily enough it started 2 weeks ago with nouthing to do with chest it was dead lifts I think I had dodgy form going for a 1 rep max and held it more to the right if that makes sense well that day it hurt pains kinda been there since but very miner yesterday back day and its come back and is more noticable again its on the right side I beileve its down to pulling something infact I'm 98% sure lol
