    i dnt wats goin on

    i could eat 2800 calories before but now its just sooo bullchit ....
    i dnt know why but whenever i look at my food i just start feeling full ... i m keep on drinking milk in my meals instead of food ...

    everytime after i workout for 1hour .. when i start eating food i get full so fast ... i nearly phuckin puked today ... anyone else had this or know what is happening?

    I had it for a while after recovering from food poisoning.

    What helped for me was to divide my portions of food. Eating very small portions, very often.

    hmm thanks i will see if it is food poisoning :s gona try hard to eat my oatmeal today .. been skipping it alot for 2 weeks

    Trust me, you will know if you had food poisoning. lol. Cold sweats and making love to the bathroom floor and our old friend John. :-)

    Have you tried cutting the milk out? It could have a funny affect on your stomach.?.?

    provita dnt have sweats :s just being too full all the time .... and bigz i think its the frozen chicken i have been buying from a new store cuz the old shopkeeper was out of town and now he's back

    What's your stats?

    And how many calories were you eating a day before you started eating 2800 calories a day?

    started eating 2800 calories in december till now .... before december 1000 calories a day knw nothin abt anything .... it has been 3 weeks now since i can't eat 2800 calories ... at 2300 calories i stop ... maybe food poisoning ... does tap water cause food poisoning??? i use Listerine icey cold ... and sometimes that tap water goes in ...

    spread your meals out more

    eat every 3 hours or so

    if you want to, wake up in the middle of the night and eat...

    good idea thanks bro i used to eat every 2 hours now gona do 3 your still the help fullest steroid forum-er i have met online lol
