This is completely dependant on your goals and macros.Originally Posted by RajaSultan
I could use 2litres. It wouldn't change how much YOU should use.
Oats taste gross
Mix em in protein or just eat brown rice 4-5 times a day.
Helpful answer?

What a strange question,
If it helps I mix mine in protein and water in a shaker, and the amount of water depends how thick I want or if I'm paying attention when filling my shaker, sometimes I get sidetracked and fill the large shaker, and it tastes very watery.....lol does that help in anyway, might I add if I'm having it before bed I will use less water so I don't have to get up in the middle of night...hope this helps
The amount of oats I use is completely dependant on time of day and macros for that given day/meal, typically either 50g-100g
As a guide I use 4.5 times the amount of water to oats.
Both get weighed on scale.
Eg 100g oats gets 459ml water.
But it depends how thick/loose you want it.
Just hit your macro's and stop worrying about little things like this.
NO SOURCES GIVEN
I use extruded oats and only add cold milk. About 1.5:1 Milk:Oats. I hate slimy oats!
Water only.
1 cup oats
2.3333 cups water
I just take em dry or in protein shake
oat bran > oats, higher protein, less carbs and easier to mix in shakes.
oats are so 1996
150g oats 400ml milk honey = yummy
thanks guys gona change my oats from milk to water now ... i know its a weird question but i tink i need to change my diet ... something is not right
