    Dpyle most improved log.

    So as a last minute decision I jumped in this after having fun in the bulk classic.

    So as of last night I'm sitting at 5'5" 170lbs and around 15% BF

    Well now that I've jumped into this training is out of the question for the next few days. I guess I pulled a little to hard on my last back day because for the past few days my right hand has become almost useless for anything other than menial tasks. Every time I grab something that requires a firm grip I get a huge shot of pain from mid palm all the way through my middle finger. Hopefully it'll pass soon.

    Good Luck! Hope you get better soon! I've had a nagging issue for about 2 months now and Doc's don't even know what going on. I haven't had feeling in my right pinky and 3rd finger. Sometimes a small part of my arm goes numb as well from my elbow down to the fingers i mentioned.Really odd. I just use my straps more than usual and it seems to help a little.

    Yeah that's the direction I'm headed. As much as I hate the idea of being the guy in the gym that uses straps for everything, but I grabbed a chair to move it out of my way at a restaurant Sunday and it nearly put me on my knees.

    Ok so the hand is feeling better, gonna give it the rest of the week off. Monday starts 2 a days, cardio in the am(first time in over a year) and training in the evening. Gonna leave the bulk behind and head into a recomp till I start the cut for my August show.

    sorry to hear sir... try sleeping on your back with a rolled up towel under your spine. Try this for 2 nights, see if it helps

    Didn't hurt my back, but thanks for the advice. I pulled something in my hand, oddly enough. Earlier in the week I couldn't grab anything without it sending a crippling pain that shot from mid palm to the tip of my middle finger.

    hope its just hand related. I had a pull along my scapula area and I had the same symptoms you described... I would have never thought to trace it to my back

    I'm hoping that's all it is. Seems to be doing better each day, just hate having an in planned week off.

    Alright! Hand feels about as close to 100% as my hands ever feel so its back to the gym tomorrow.

    Have very little to report. BF is still declining from what I see in the mirror. Picked up some cialis, and after a lot of reading and a peaked interest I ordered some osterine to check out. Anyone else heard anything about it, good or bad? Didn't find much in terms of actual reviews outside of research studies, the few logs I found here weren't as informative as I would like to have seen.

    So my ostarine came in the mail today. Just gonna include it in this log. Tentative plan is 4 weeks at 25mg per day then decide how I feel about it.

    Prepping my food today rather than have dinner with my dysfunctional in-laws.

    Got 3lb boneless skinless thighs, and 3.25lbs (6oz servings) homemade meatballs in the oven right now.

    Just sat down with pen and paper and put together a new diet plan for the food in the picture.

    This go round trying something new. In the past I've always gone with the traditional 40/40/20, this one is split 31/53/17 pro/carb/fat.
    Based on 3800 cals, 298g pro, 510g carbs, and 74g fat.

    This is based on what I learned during the bulk classic as I seem to only maintain around 165lbs at the 3000 cal/day mark.

    Gonna cruise on this for a few weeks then reevaluate and adjust leading up to the August show.

    So my appetite is finally back. It died when I tried chantix to help me quit smoking. I'm going to thank the ostarine for this as its the only new item I've added. Other than that not much to report at this point, but I'm only 5 days in so far.

    Today's work out! Fell a tree and made a sample post mountain man style with an axe and chainsaw. Now I'm gonna fall a couple more and make a swing set for the little one

    So headed in to my second week with the ostarine and lifts seem to be up. Did chest this morning and most lifts were up about 10 lbs over my usual with around 1-3 extra reps on the working sets. Feeling good as the bf seems to be coming down while weight is remaining the same give or take.

    Now I'm home to have bourbon BBQ ribs and veggies for dinner.
