best way to work maintenance calories while having a week off from diet and training?

Im having a week off from my cutting/recomp diet and training. I am wondering if any of you would be kind enough to give me your opinion on the best way to eat at maintenance while having a week off. As im worried about gaining bodyfat.

    Im currently eating

    (LBM) 160lb x 2 = 320g carb
    160lb x 1 = 160g protein
    40g fat
    Total 2200cal (rough maintenance)

Your cals are probably about right. I know people say on a week off or 'Deload' week your protein should drop. At 160g though your carbs are quite high and they are carbs you don't really need.

    Either hit a 40/40/20 or, my preference, 45/35/20 (p/c/f)

^^ agree... on a maintenance week I'd try to run carbs relatively low. I'd drop em' to 150g and make up the difference 50/50 protein/fat. Yes fat will be higher for said week.

Thanks for the advice guys, do you think 40/30/30 would be a good way to roll?

Gonna stay on the ratio I've set for today as I think my semi glycogen depleted muscles are still filling up. I think my body is anabolic as **** at the moment, im getting growing pains which isnt a bad thing.
But thanks I agree with you guys, I don't think having my carbs that high for the full week is a good idea.

Really you have to gauge it as to how you are you are looking, feeling and whatever measuring device you use.

There is every possibility you will LOSE bodyfat. But yes, it's only a week, stick to your plan and there'll be no major changes.

You won't gain fat if you ate at maintenance for a week and continued to train. If anything; you might drop a pound.
    Just eat clean

I plan not training this week, plan is to give my nervous system a rest and recharge my metabolism. Well the main reason is my body feels exhausted.
I have a funny feeling im gonna gagging to go to the gym by Thursday though, but think im best waiting til Monday.

    Thanks
