I thought I injured my lower back with deadlift and full squat but it was back pumps instead (I realized that thanks to this forum). I took some taurine and my lower back got better. I would like to know which anabolic component can cause back pumps... I'm on dbol/deca and sust...I read that it might be all dbol's fault...what do you guys think? Any other steroid that cause back pump...I'd like to make a list so next time I take one of this I start supplement taurine from the beginning.
