    Need some help asap please

    Trying to shred up for the summer time, and need some advice please. I want to shred up but add some size also. I know its hard to do both, but please let me know what you think.

    Meal 1
    11Am
    Protein bagel with small coat of aulmond butter with 4 egg whites 1slice of non fat cheese
    2 pcs of turkey bacon

    Meal 2: 12:30 30g protein shake w/water and a bannana on the side

    Meal 3: 2:30 Grilled Chicken or steak with brown rice

    Meal 4: 4:30 Grilled cheese non fat cheese on protein bread 1 slice of turkey bacon

    Meal 5- 6:30 post workout shake with bcaa

    Meal 6 7:30 dinner brown rice steak broccoli or chicken

    Meal 7: 9-11:30 ONLY IF STILL HUNGRY
    Protein pancakes if hungry
    Protein bread with almond butter

    B4 bed casein shake

    Im 25 I weigh 210pds around 11% BF
    Train 4 days a week
    Running
    Tren 600mg /wk
    Sustanon about 1000 /wk
    EQ- 600/ wk
    Gh 4iu 5 days per week

    Going to run the sust and eq for around 16 weeks
    tren for 10 weeks
    gh i will stay on for the full time

    Do you guys think this is good for me to gain some size and shred up?
    Any suggestios please ,thank you.

    Seems to me that ur macros are real low how much chicken or steak are u having per meal, also how much brown rice... And 600 tren a week?? Damn

    That's quite a cycle for a 23 year old.

    How many cycles have you done before? What were they?

    You're 210 at 11% BF, how much more do you want to shred up?

    Ive done 2 other cycles before. Test only for my first cycle then I did test, deca, winny
    Yes im 210 about 11-12% abs are shown but nothing great not cut up and good looking.
    Im just sick of the same foods etc, do you guys think it would kill me if once a week I just eat whatever I want.
    example Mon-Tues-Wed-Thu-Sat-Sun I eat clean like the list above. Friday I have 3-4 slices of pizza, maybe some pasta etc.
    1 heavy carb day to keep sane?

    I like how you conveniently skipped over the THREE requests for photos. Its one thing not wanting to post photos - we have Austin, we're used to it - but to not address it, is another.

    Your credibility just went out the window with your claims of 210 and 11%BF.

    (btw, that little poke at Austin is because i like him, make no mistake)

    So I came to this site wasting time asking for help and I guess I'm lying? Makes sense.
    I do not want my pictures on the Internet especially on a forum like this, sorry I just keep that to myself.
    And yes I'm 210 at 11-12% I mean what would I gain by lying?
    I'm also 6'2 so I'm pretty tall

    So at 6'2" and 210 very believable, way to much gear for
    A second cycle. Hgh for 16 weeks is a waste of money. Growth requires a long term commitment and most products unless doctor prescribed are fakes. There is plenty of carbs in all that protien bread and protien pancakes sounds like you need more real protien from fish and chicken.
