Trying to shred up for the summer time, and need some advice please. I want to shred up but add some size also. I know its hard to do both, but please let me know what you think.
Meal 1

Protein bagel with small coat of aulmond butter with 4 egg whites 1slice of non fat cheese
2 pcs of turkey bacon
Meal 2: 12:30 30g protein shake w/water and a bannana on the side
Meal 3: 2:30 Grilled Chicken or steak with brown rice
Meal 4: 4:30 Grilled cheese non fat cheese on protein bread 1 slice of turkey bacon
Meal 5- 6:30 post workout shake with bcaa
Meal 6 7:30 dinner brown rice steak broccoli or chicken
Meal 7: 9-11:30 ONLY IF STILL HUNGRY
Protein pancakes if hungry
Protein bread with almond butter
B4 bed casein shake
Im 25 I weigh 210pds around 11% BF
Train 4 days a week
Running
Tren 600mg /wk
Sustanon about 1000 /wk
EQ- 600/ wk
Gh 4iu 5 days per week
Going to run the sust and eq for around 16 weeks
tren for 10 weeks
gh i will stay on for the full time
Do you guys think this is good for me to gain some size and shred up?
Any suggestios please ,thank you.
