It's a little stale and not much variety!

Try have eggs instead of whey in morning. Add in a lot more veggies! Take in carbs PWO even in the meal add some sweet potato etc

I'd lose the red wine but that's ur call I could add those 200 cals to more food

I'm confused... As per AAS forum, you want to get that hardened muscle look. Thus you really need to add muscle if you are at 140LB now. 13%BF is good. What do you want to cut? You will look very skinny if you cut now, not that nice muscular look.

I suggest you pump those irons and keep a good CLEAN diet TDEE maintenance + a little more maybe, and then your LBM will increase. If LBM increases, your BF% should drop too.

At 140lb you have to learn to eat.

    Clean diet
    At least eat maintenance Tdee
On 13% bf now, OP has 18.2lb of fat. If he gains good muscle mass lets say 10lb and not gain fat because of diet. 18lb of fat on new weight of 150lb of will be 12%.

Apologies, was in a rush when I typed that.

But i'm still confused on what OP's goals are?

    Provita,
Don't be confused. Let me explain. I originally posted, I don't necessarily want to get bigger, I just want to look harder. Which is why I was considering a test and masteron first cycle (the masteron to cut).
When nutrition came up, I thought the point of a clean diet was to burn fat and make lean muscle gains...that's why I called the thread "trying to cut," and introduced a reduced calorie diet.

It sounds like your suggestion is to put on more muscle, and adding muscle will lower the bf%, not the restriction of calories. Correct?

The hardness looks comes in my opinion from the lack of fat, the leaner you are the more shredded and hard you will look regardless of the amount of lbm.

Thanks Pap. I guess thats what everyone is trying to figure out, how to eat enough to make just lean gains, and burn fat at the same time.

There is a big difference between clean diet and calorie deficit.

You are once again contradicting yourself (see bold)

You can get the harder look with less bf%, but you are only @ 140lb. Imo, with sub 10% bf will not look like a hard, muscular body, it would be skinny as hell. I'm thinking marathon runner....

You can reduce bf% by cutting or by increasing muscle mass only. You aint going to make any lean muscle gains on a 600kcal deficit.

I'm just giving you my honest opinion. But I'm still confused about your goals? Maybe posting a pic of your body now and one of how you would want to look?
