    Macro advice

    44yo,210lbs,12%bf. weight gain
    W/o days 3915 cals. Protein 312g. Carbs 400g. Fat 118g.
    Non w/o days 2915 cals. Protein 312g. Carbs 166g. Fat 111g.
    All clean carbs brown rice oats yams salad/veggies. Protein whey all meats dairy eggs. Fats these very due to meat selection but I try to keep meats lean.other fats almonds avacodos olive oil flax oil.
    Basically looking for advice concernig macro ratios and on weight gain should I eliminate the non work out lower cal days and keep my cals at 3915 per day all week? Thanks

    It was what was suggested to me for bulking no other reason

    I personally wouldn't hve it that high. 60g on low side, 80-90 on high side

    Fat is about 27% of total calories on W/O days and more than 30% on non W/O days. Thats a bit high.

    I would lower the fat and increase the carbs, no need to lower calories on the non workout days. You need those calories in order for your body to use that fuel to build muscle and recuperate.

    If anything on non workout days you need just as adequate nutrition because this is when your body is healing and recovering and building the most.
