    Pre workout drinks?!

    I am trying to find a new drink for pre work out.. Yeah I know some of you will just say your pre work out is whatever cycle you are on.. But I'm looking for a new drink.. I'm currently mixing 1 scoop of ravage, 1 1/2 scoops of jack3d, and 1 1/2 scoops of creatine. With a test booster pill.. I have had this pre workout drink for too long and need new ideas pleas

    Water with 5mg cialis, 5g creatine and some ice cubes lol

    sounds like you like wasting your money..

    might as well throw in a scoop of controlled labs - white flood ....lol

    3-5g of creatine, and some chicken and rice, would be my favorite pre workout

    Well yes through out the day I consume plenty of chicken and rice as I am currently on cycle.. Just getting bored of this drink.. Used it for almost a year now, just tryin to find a new one

    Anyone else workout at 4:30 a.m.? I guess I'm in a fasted state because the only thing I drink pre-workout is coffee. I'm probably diminishing my potential, but it fits my daily schedule.

    Actually yes I work out at 4:00 am AND also 9:30 pm .. Just bored with this drink

    There is no pre workout section.. This section is probably the best section to ask this question, and plus your the only one that's against asking this question here.. There is really no problem with asking this question here at all

    It was in the Steroid Questions and Answers section. We need to keep the forum organized, not just because you don't care, but because it's beneficial when new members search the forums, and when search engines pickup keywords.

    Use the right section. Pre-workout is either nutrition or supplement and belongs here now.

    I use the same one.... It's good I get itchy sometime though idk y

    ABB Speed Stack NO Pumped is pretty good. They sell it at Vitamin Shoppe I think.

    i have never noticed an effect from a pre workout supp

    just gave away a full tub of white flood

    50mg of dbol seems to work a lil better

    Beta alinine supplements do that to me really bad.... Idk why I've noticed that doesn't happen to everyone

    Prework outs give you a little push before you workout so you can train with a little more intensity for a longer duration, they aren't meant to be like aas. I get what you mean in the regard b.c aas kinda does the same thing. The way I think of it is the preworkout out helps me cause damage and the aas helps me repair myself

    Between work and children a pre-workout is a must now. I rotate between purus labs condense and cellucor N.O extreme. I think I get more shaky trying to workout food and just a shake. i need food(small snack not big meal) at the most 1-2 hours before.

    I have a super strong cup of coffee on my way to the gym.,,,16 OZ.

    Make sure you're calculating the caffeine content with all that rubbage. You only get one heart mate!
