test 400 cycle + pct opinions?

Started my first cycle ever of test 400 2 weeks ago. I take 2ml a week (one shot Monday, one shot Thursday, each 1ml)

Weeks 1-12 (test 400, 2 ml/week)
weeks 14-18 (Nolvadex, 20 mg/day)
weeks 14-18 (Liquid Clomid)

How much Liquid Clomid should I take? is 20mg a day of Nolvadex enough?

Stats:
25 year old male
6”2’
215 Lb’s
14% body fat
Bodybuilding exp: 3 years.

You need to check pct start times. You won't wana start serms while on. Not sure what test 400 is however. What always worked for me was nolva clomid 40/40/20/20. 100/100/50/50 assuming your not a troll

So 800mg/wk? Seems like quite a bit for a first cycle, which is your 'golden' cycle. Meaning you can use less and expect alot more out of it.

I dont think youre ready to cycle. You clearly have no idea what youre doing. These numbers and names to you, are just that. I dont believe for a second you know what their roles are and why they are used.

Before you begin i highly recommend you read a LOT more than what you already have, or have not, specifically the associated roles of each compound intend on putting into your body and why. This is a very important part of understanding AAS. Its not good enough to simply copy a cycle down and run it.

I hope that you take some time and research lot more before you begin your proposed cycle.

Well that's why I'm here. And I have read up on Nolvadex, liquid clomid and test on and off for over a year now. What should I be researching specifically? Do you know of any useful links? And I did start my cycle at 2ml of test 400 once a week (mon/thurs) But I'm going to tone is down to 1ml a week. If I'm not ready for a cycle do you propose I just stop right now cold turkey about 3 weeks in? I heard for your first cycle ever you should only run test only, which I've been doing. I know. but i've only did a 3 week cycle. Should I just do the PCT for an 8-12 week cycle still?
