Test/GH Booster Ingredients

Does anyone have any information and/or opinions about any of the following ingredients of a Test/GH Boosting Supplement I am about to take:

1) Mucuna Prureins - Test/Growth Hormone Booster

2) Discorea Deltoidea - Test Precursor/Anabolic Activator

3) Diindolymethane (DIM) - Anti-Estrogen

4) Beta Ecdysterone (BEC) - Anabolic Plant Sterol

I'm struggling to find any information other than the usual manufacturer's bullshit, so any help you can give will be appreciated.

The only thing Ive heard of would be beta ecdysterone and I think it has been proven to be ineffective.

i just read about that stuff in Flex, it is supposedly good stuff for your body, but I highly doubt that you'd see gains off it.
