Fiber One Cereal (original) For breakfast or late afternoon??

Can I eat a bowl of fiber one for breakfast or in between lunch and dinner per say.

I normally eat 5 egg whites and 2 whole eggs for breakfast. I may as a break throw fiber one in once/twice a week for breakfast.

Also the other time I may incorporate it would be around late afternoon, like 4?

This is the first time I have ever pondered eating any sort of cereal. So thats why I asked.

It's main ingredient is wheat. Personally , i try to avoid wheat, as all wheat in the USA is GM, and not handled well by the bbody

wheat has been identified as one of the major reasons of distended belly.

get rid of the wheat, and waist lines seem to go down. there are many books out there on the subject.

My go-to as far as cereal is concerned is Kashi Go Lean, the original variety. Extremely high protein and fiber content for a cereal, with relatively low sugar and few ingredients. Add a handful of blueberries, pour in some unsweetened almond milk and it's awesome.

really don't think of that as strict? you should see some of the crazy mofo's here and their strict diets....

...pine needles and tan bark off the tree! =)

    ok, j/k.

I think that once you start eating healthy per THIS lifestyle, after awhile, you get used to it.

For example, this morning, breakfast was a very simple 1cup of oats. since i skipped the eggs, i put two scoops of protein powder in there, and a small splash of milk. here in a bit, I'll go grab a banana.

It's really not that hard to do...

    lessee....

dinner last night was a big shrimp salad and two veggiemite patties
