liquid prami and adex dosing????

I ordered my liquid prami and adex from the sites sponsor but still not entirely sure on how to dose each. I've read that prami can make you sick if you take too much so I really want to get this right. My cycle is 300 mg tren hex and 500 mg test e every week for ten weeks. With that amount of each and the fact that test makes my nips sore and itchy on a test only cycle, what would be a good starting point for the prami and adex?? THANKS FELLAS!!

id do dex .25mg eod and start the prami at .25 mg before bed. Work the prami slowly up to .5mg before bed, You have to ramp up dosage of prami - if you start at .5mg you might get some sides like nausea.

take the prami eod as well? I read that it supposed to make you sleep great too?? Any truth to that?

As far as taking the liquids, can I mix them in a drink? Or is it best to just measure and swallow? I've only used pill form anti e's and ai's, this is my first go with the liquid form. Sorry for all the questions guys.

Exactly. You will experience nausea at .5 from the start and it is no fun.

OP -

Prami is ED at the dosages jimmy suggested. It makes me drowsy but my sleep is a bit restless, I wouldn't call it "great" sleep.

Regardless, I would rather deal with sides from the Prami rather then the sides Tren can bring on if you don't take your PRL control.
