Ok I know there has been many threads and questions on this but when I type "b-12" into search function it comes up empty. Maybe I'm an idiot I don't know lol. So sorry in advance.
My question is, been googling b12 tonight, and see most docs recommend 1mg (1000mcg) a month. But I remember seeing here that dose being recommended at ED.
So if I was to add this while on cycle which is the best protocol? Even off cycle too?
Another question is dosing for females is the same? Been reading that it helps promote weight loss, because its helping boost your metabolism.
