    B-12

    Ok I know there has been many threads and questions on this but when I type "b-12" into search function it comes up empty. Maybe I'm an idiot I don't know lol. So sorry in advance.

    My question is, been googling b12 tonight, and see most docs recommend 1mg (1000mcg) a month. But I remember seeing here that dose being recommended at ED.

    So if I was to add this while on cycle which is the best protocol? Even off cycle too?

    Another question is dosing for females is the same? Been reading that it helps promote weight loss, because its helping boost your metabolism.

    When on cycle I used to inject 1mg every day. I think it helped at first with appetite and energy but after a while I reduced to once a week. I personally think at 1mg ED you body has more than enough and can't do much more with what you are getting and you end up just pissing it out.

    Now I just take 3000mg orally once a week which I feel does the same.

    Try 1000Mg while your cycling op and see how it works. Drop the dose down and experiment but I don't think anymore than that would be a good idea.

    Army r u saying everyday? I read there is an actual possibility of over dose.

    I think I will start 1000mcg twice a week. With that said should or can I mix it with the test or hcg? If so which would be better?

    And no ideas for female dosing or is it the same?

    Tons of people run that much everyday on cycle and I take that much orally everyday and i've yet to run a cycle.

    I don't think running it with a compound is necessary, I take it with my multi, fish oil and flax and my probiotic. I call it my general health stack lol

    My guess is females need significantly less than us males.

    This is what I do. I run 1000mcg IM daily on cycle. Unless I'm running long esters, then I do that E3D (same days as my AAS pins). Off cycle, I run 1000mcg weekly.

    Females will depend on what they need. Does this female have a deficiency? Docs will heavy up at first, running 1000mcg weekly for a month, then they taper off and switch to monthly, then even longer than that.
