Just wondering what people prefer for fats... Almonds, almond butter, flax, natty peanut butter or what??
I used to eat natty PB all the time for my last meal, but it is so hard just to eat 1 portion size which is 1tbsp I believe.
Right now I'm eating avocados and cook my meals with EVOO. Also supplement fish oil![]()
Olive oil, avocados, nuts, salmon. That's all I really take in I think, unless I'm just having a burnt moment and can't think of anymore. Flax seed to.
I really wish I liked avocados.... You just eat them straight?
I make bean salad usually...3 kinds of beans, cilantro, red onion, chopped up avocado and lime juice for dressing and some pepper.
Can throw in tuna or whatever suits your needs, I usually make enough to last the week. You don't even taste the avocado...
And sometimes eat em straight to, bit of lemon juice and some salt, BOOYAKA!!! so good

I'm same as cj. I grill steak some steak, chop up some avacado and poor a teaspoon of EVOO over it on lettuce and shake it up for a salad. These are my last 2 meals right now.
Don't like avocados? That's like not liking water, it has no taste!
Well... I hate guacamole so I shouldn't say avocados but everyone tells me if I don't like guacamole I won't like avocados. I stick to natty peanut butter for the most part
Avocados are great with chicken too. I love coconut oil with my egg whites in the morning too. Pecans are delicious and usually eat them with my fruit for the day
