Albuterol dosage?

I'm about to start an albuterol cycle (with no other pills/liquids involved) and am unsure of the dosage I should take. It's pill form (2mg) and is pharmaceutical grade. I have plenty of the tabs ready to use.

Stats: 20 years old
5'8
201 pounds
17% bf

if you're quite sure you want to use albut on top of a strict diet and cardio regime, you can start with 4mg after breakfast and after lunch. taking it a third time with dinner may affect your sleep.

when you're comfortable with it, increase to 6mg each time. or start adding a low dose with dinner.

you can also take ketotifen at bedtime while you're on albut.

I do 6mg 3x/day. i've been using it for a while and am very tolerant to stims though. doesnt seem to affect my sleep
