    The Morning After !!!!

    well....................its the morning after the final results of the Most Improved Contest

    You roll over in your bed, not relizing you have slept all nite in your on puke............. Turning on your laptop, the results page of the winners is still logged in.....

    Then it hits you once again!!! Ive been crushed by a senior citizen!!!!

    What went wrong? Was it my routine? my diet, did I not just work hard enough? Or maybe I spent to much time on the forum posting silly pictures of cute furry animals............................

    What will I do................ were can I go?

    Heart rate normal. No increase in temp. Huge increase in strength. 40 mg per day 4 wks. 1/2 way done.
