IMO everything seems okay. I mean yea your LDL is high - but you should be able to get it lower. Any adjustments in diet?

Your hemoglobin is in range, HDL is good, test is high which is to be expected.

What specifically are you looking for advice wise?

The free Test ok? It's almost double, if I understand the free T is what is available for us to use, if it's high, does that mena saturated and wasting it, and the SHBG relationship? SHBG the higher the less we use Test or other way around and how do we lower SHBG if needed?

A few concerns about the high BUN/ Creatinine Ratio and the really low Alkaline Phosphate.

Diet is fairly clean , all my Chol #s are high all the time, no matter what I do...Fish oil, coconut oils, Olive oils, PB, very lil Sat fat. Mostly Chix and fish some red meat, not much tho.

I do very little cardio tho. Some say if I add more it will help bring it down.

    Thanks.

Ref ranges added....Seems that even some of the figures that are in-range are at the high end of the in-range.

If you're taking Creatine that will explain the creatinine levels

I use FML pre workout, not sure how much creatine is in there. Is there a direct correlation with exogenous creatine and blood results? Meaning is that the same measurable creatine as the supp we take, I know there is natural occurring creatine in red meat. Any input on the other #s? Thanks

    FML Proprietary Blend
Beta-Alanine, L-Histidine, Creatine Monohydrate, Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (AAKG), Synephrine HCL, Caffeine Anhydrous, L-Tyrosine, Citrulline Malate, 1-3 Dimethylamylamine, Phenylethylamine (PEA), L-Arginine HCL, 10,190 mg
