Ok so, Ive been lifting on and off since i was 16. i have a good routine and a great diet. i would like to put back on my 10 lbs that i lose when i dont go to the gym everyday. and if i could put another 5 to 7 on then that would be perfect. i have used all the sumpliments, creatine, bcaa's, glutamine, whey, gainer, etc... but the thing that works for me the best is FOOD...so i dont really mess with anything but the creatine. i will continue to read up on this site and others to figure out what the best route for myself is. i was afraid of posting something on here cause i knew it would attract all the assholes that wanted to tell me how stupid i sound..but i guess that just comes with their insecurities...so anyway THANK YOU to everyone else that is helping with giving me pointers and where to look.
