    24yro looking for advice

    History:

Been working out on and off for past 4 years. I gain weight really quickly when I'm not working out. Being East Indian out family is all about eating carbs so when I'm not training I'm just eating. At age of 19 I gained the freshman 15 plus 10 more in the summer. Taking my weight from 170 to 195 of all fat. I than began to train and with hydroxycut I reduced my weight back down to a fit 175. For the next three years I'd train during the school year and summer I'd work and wouldn't train. So first four months I'd just be getting back into my previous shape (in this period I used T3 once, was in the best shape of my life. I then broke my collar bone and lost my physique and was at 180). Most recently Istopped working out for 4 months due to laziness and i was at 195 in November, with advice from a trainer I did my first ever cleanse bringing my weight to 188 (26%bf). With the use of ECA stack and carb cycling (5 days at 150g of protein and 125 grams of carbs, 1 day at 150grams of protein and 75grams of carbs, and one cheat day where ill eat carbs and anything I feel up to 4pm). I have come down to 182lbs (19% bf).

    Current situation:

I have currently plateaued at 182 for past month. I have been given stanozolol and clenbuterol by a friend who is very pro steroids (gave me the T3 in jan 2011). I'm not sure though if this is the right step for me. I don't really want to use steroids but I do want to lose that belly fat in the next 6weeks (going to cabo).

Today at GNC I went and got pre alkalyne, libido & testosterone booster, fish oils, multi Vitamins (mega men sport, l-glutamine, total lean), and isolate protein.

For the past 4 months I have neglected to take my multi v's and fish oils. However I have only been taking the ECA without the aspirin once a day (25/200mg), ISO post workout and adding waxymase on weight training days.

I really want to lose the belly fat, and any suggestions would be great. Thanks guys!!!

Your biggest threat right now is your nutrition. If you aren't eating properly and managing your kcals and macros appropriately, you'll have a tough time rescuing your weight and keeping it off. Take all the supplements you want, but your nutrition drives gains and losses.

Things like waxy maze and shakes aren't real food and aren't going to help your cause. Stick to nutritional changes right now. Your T3 use may have contributed to your fracture as Some evidence suggests elevated T3 levels may reduce bone mineral density and contribute to osteoporosis.

Post your nutrition in the nutrition sub forum for expert advice there.
