Bendaryl is proven to do nothing to upregulate fried Beta-2 receptors as it functions via a different pathway/mechanism (although the logic behind it makes sense). Keto seems to be the best route, although by simply taking time off they should refresh by themselves

I didn't get the same message as you did apparently lol. I have run benadryl (before reading this thread) and it DID help me sleep better if I dosed my final "serving" of ECA too close to bed, but that was the only perceived benefit I found.
I know the thread I posted is about clen, but clen and ECA are both Beta-2 Antagonists (albeit clen being more 'efficient' in beta-2 hammering), so the info in there will translate to ECA.
One common theme I've been seeing more often concerning beta-2 down-regulation through supplementation of eca/clen is they up-regulate much faster than is often thought. Simply taking time off (whether it be a week or 2) from beta-2 ant. should be sufficient to upreg the ole receptors.
