Take some time to read up on the items/compound you wish to take on your first cycle. That will give you a better idea on what it is your putting into your body, and the roles and associated behavior to expect. This also enable you to properly and effectively control any unwanted sides that may creep up on you.

Start with the Educational Forums and then the stickies. Dont forget to read up on the SERMS and AI's that will need during your cycle as well.

Then i would move onto the Nutritional Forums to dial in a solid diet to ensure you retain your gains from all the hard work and money spent to achieve your intended goals.

These gentlemen are correct. Super-test is not something you should be jumping into the first cycle and I guarantee you'll struggle with the post injection pain. It's a highly concentrated oil and causes quite a bit of discomfort. Injection too much at once will very likely cause cellulitis or an abscess. If you aren't aware if the need for an aromatase inhibitor DURING cycle, a proper PCT and HCG, you are not ready for this big if a plunge.
