Test E, switch to Test C mid-cycle ok?

I made the newbie mistake of starting a cycle without all the gear. When my Test E runs out at 5 weeks, is it ok to switch to Test C for the rest of the cycle? All I could get was Test C this time around...

Will there be any effects?

From what I've read they are pretty much the same so there shouldn't be any downtime or side effects, correct?

Treat them as the same thing. They only differ by a single molecle.
