Hello, I workout just about everyday. I weigh 185lbs and I'm looking to not so much bulk up, but tone up. I've got unwanted body fat that just will not disapear. I run 3 times a week around 3-4 miles depending. I'm looking for advice on what will get rid of the flab on my stomach, inner thighs, and so forth. I'd like to keep my size and lose the unwanted flab for muscle to grab. Also I am looking to enhance my performance in my run time and sit ups. Right now I have a crappy 16:30 run time and want to be at least a 14:00. Any recommendations?
