I read a lot of sites saying masteron is virtually unnoticeable unless single digit bf. I am usually from 8-11 % is why I asked.

A lot of articles say a lot of stupid stuff. Sure, it isn't going to make a fat guy look shredded, but it will help at any bodyfat, and will certainly be noticeable below 12%.
