That's absolutely untrue. You just have to look and learn. The nutrition forum here has great members with loads of advice on how to bulk cleanly. There is no reason to dirty bulk. It's laziness. 55kg (121lbs) x .85 = 46.75 (103lbs) lbm
103 x 15 = 1545 cal
1545 + 500 = 2045 cals
U should eat about 2045 cals to be in an excess of 500 cals. CLEAN FOOD
