also does it look like i have gyno? my brother had it, also my nipples are massive as you can see (i've never used anything though i figure that's obvious from the looks)

i know this is stupid to say and this isn't a forum to complain but i feel like i have the worst genetics ever

I think Roman is spot on with BF%. Re: gyno - it's hard to tell. You MAY have a very slight case, but I wouldn't sweat it yet. Get your BF% down and then it'll be much easier to tell.

I know for a fact you guys are going to slay me on this for even talking about it but what better place right? at this point in time if i ever wanted to ride the bicycle is it always smart to be as lean as you can get? i've heard its bad when your bf% is higher because it can lead to more aromati*ation? let me know guys, thanks.
