Need help putting a diet together going to be starting my second cycle

This is my first thread not sure what to put but im 24years old i need help putting a diet together guna be starting my second cycle my first cycle was a bulking cycle.my second cycle im looking to gain a little bit more mass and cut on this cycle.
test prop 1-4 weeks 100mgs eod
test e 1-12 weeks 500mgs a week
avanar 6-12 60-80mgs ed a week
PCT
HCG last 3 weeks in my cycle 100-200 iu every 4 days
clomid on hand and nolvadex

age 24
height 6ft
weight 225

Welcome. The absolute best part of this forum, IMO, is the nutrition section. Take some time to not only read what's there and put together your own diet, but also to try it out for awhile and see how your body responds. Everything starts with nutrition.

Welcome. Agreed diet. check nutrition section put together sample to have the guys and ladies look @ they usually very helpful but probably won't just build your diet for you. I would also post your cycle in AAS Q&A to get some feed back there might be helpful. Good luck there is lots of info here do take a minute to read sticky notes they are in red and marked important because they are important every section has some. Have fun get smart get big.
