About me:
I'm 23, 5'11, 75kg atm.
I train with a PT 3 x a week. And doing cardio 3-4 times a week myself for 10 mins each before workout/20 mins after (walk on treadmill).
Diet:
I'm vegetarian - no meat/fish. Dairy is fine.
These are the supps I have:
HumaPro tablets - powerbody.co.uk/product-alri_humapro-450-tablets,1944.html - I take 25 a day (spread out) - 140g protein
Egg protein - powerbody.co.uk/product-optimum-nutrition_100-egg-protein-vanilla-custard-910g,1320.html - 100g a day scoop with whole milk- 90g protein
Whey powder - maxishop.com/maxiraw/protein/wpi-intensity - 2 scoops with whole milk and 4 tbsp almonds - 80g protein
So thats about 300g from supps. There is a little protein from food sources that I cant eat but not much.
I also have vitamins - magnesium 250mg, vitamin c-1000mg slow release, zinc - 25mg, flaxseed oil - 500mg
I did take animal pak but was told its kinda useless and told to swap to the vitamins above.
Overall - 2700 calories give or take 100 calories, 300g+ protein, <70g fat, <300g carbs (usually 250-270).
Steroids:
I'm on week 2 (of 5) of the following:
mastebolin drostanolone propionate and parabolin trenbolin hexahydro.
This week I'll start pregnyl human chorionic gonadotropin.
I'm taking a tamoxifen tablet daily too.
Am I missing something?
Have I hit the macros correctly for this cycle? I know its highly supplemented but giving the diet limitations its the only way.
