Exclamation Please help the no0b fighter.

Hey guys would love to get some advice from the forum vets!

My stats are 23 5'11, 175lbs and do not know my body percentage sorry.
Im a amateur boxer with hopes to make it pro by 28. I'm not looking to be a world champion, but just a personal goal of mine to tell my children I was a pro at one point.

I was wondering what you guys thought on running a 50mg and for 50 days of Winny while doing a bit of crossfit training.
I want to add I will be eating clean during the time period, small meals every 2 hours.
My coach hates if any of his boxers lift, because he thinks it will slow down our punches and that our endurance will suffer, so I haven't done any weight training in years.
But summer has arrived and I want to gain a bit of muscle and improve my explosive strength aswell.
Do you think the Winny or crossfit will impact my boxing?
What I am also worried about is will i be over training? I hear any anabolic steriod just boosts the time of recovery but will I be over doing it?

    Mon- Boxing 2hrs
    Tues- CrossFit training with trainer.
    Weds-Boxing 2hrs
    Thurs-Mens basketball league or sprints.
    Friday-Boxing 2hrs
    Sat-Rest
    Sun-Boxing 2hrs

Having saturday as my on rest day is this over doing it? Or is it fine to do because my recovery will be faster?
I beg you guys to help me out and just give me your opinions!
