Blood work results low free test

Hello my name is bobby, I am 27 years old 6'1 190lbs and have recently had my test levels checked results came back 460 total and 9.2 free.... Regular physician amd endocrinologist both say those are good numbers. I thought free test was more important and 9.2 is low endo. Said they only look at that for obese ppl. but I have many symptoms of low test from what I've read up on. Low libido, muscle fatigue, under active thyroid "which I've been on .75 mg of levolox. For 5 mo now and still is not helping" I'm very much interested in doing TRT to see if it may help, so I'm not exhausted all the time. I also have plenty of exercise 5 times a week 45min to 1 hour " but i have to push myself just to finish and its never been like that only over the last 5 months have i noticed all the changes. I have a well balanced diet and take a multi vitamin every day. Any suggestions?

Your on the low side, but in range, according to whats considered normal.............. I don't go by whats considered normal for me...........I go by how I feel and where all my other numbers are at ie E2 and PSA

I would find another doctor that would work with you alitte........................

    Just my .02 cents

Thank for the reply, But yeah my body defiantly doesn't feel normal, and has been this way for 5months now. Changes came on very quickly! Yesterday was my first appointment with endocrinologist and felt like she was just blowing smoke. She raised my thyroid medication from .75 to 1 and told me to back in 10weeks. When i had blood work done 5mo ago thyroid was at .87 very low i was told the medicine has raised level all the way up to 3.23 as of this past week but I still feel the same . I will be making a couple more appointments with doctors in my area over the next couple weeks. Thanks again for ur reply!
