should i get my gyno surgery before or after my first cycle?

ive had gyno ever since puberty, and decided im going to have it removed with surgery. i plan on getting the surgery sometime this summer.

now i also plan on starting my first cycle this october, which consists of:

Wk 1-12 test E = 250mg twice/wk e3.5d
Wk 1-12 Aromasin 10mg ED

PCT
15 to wk 19
Clomid 75/50/50/50
nolva 40/20/20/20


my question is if the gyno could possibly return after the cycle, even while using an AI and doing a PCT? should I use aromasin in the PCT as well just to be safe?

or should i just do my cycle first, and then do the surgery afterwards? the reason im reluctant to this option is after the surgery, you cant do any heavy lifting for about a month, and i really don't want to lose any gains i make on the cycle..

I had mine removed before hand. same type of gyno.

they remove part of the gland, i have never had a problem with it returning, shit if an AI only was to prevent gyno I wouldnt be running one at all, which ive done as well( not a recommendation.)

also, start min dose of 12.5ED stane, and consider hcg

Yes, it's possible it may return. Even if your surgeon says he will remove the whole gland there is no guarantee that there will be no remnants left.

My surgeon is confident he took the whole gland but I've had to double my AI because my nips have been sensitive.

Get your surgery first. If not already set up Dr. Crisler in Michigan has some very modern techniques. Google it and read up.

I know of an Aussie member who had it, he said he paid for it and got the majority of it refunded. He is currently suspended but you should PM him. His name is Euroholic.

The surgery involves removing the offending gland and not any part of the muscle. the incision is traditionally made around the lower half or the nipple and the scar is hidden unless you look closely I am led to believe.

I think your questions have mostly been answered, but do your homework on the doctor. No two doctors are equal in this field and don't just settle on the first doctor you talk to. Get multiple opinions and then go with the doctor your research tells you is the best option.
