Linking to outside Documents

Hi guys,

Had no clue where to post this so if this is wrong please move it.

Am I allowed to link to, i.e. a Google Spreadsheet to post my progress report while using a cycle? I am NOT a fan of the numbers posted directly in the forums as it is VERY hard to follow what, if any, progress is made.

As long as there are no names or links to sources or anything against the rules and its just strictly a spreadsheet regarding gains etc then I can't see a problem with that mate
