Those **** appear when a certain word has been banned on the site. It's helps keep the mention of lab names by someone new to a minimum. In this case the word or name blocked is xyxx except replace the x's with z's

One can only hope that the power that be sends them a memo asking for them to change their screen names and avi's containing said person as I seriously doubt we will be hearing from him anytime soon. We would not even be getting half the kids on here asking about juice if it wasn't for him...
