After doing a lot of research on this forum I decided to change up what I'm going to be doing . Let me know what you think.

Test e- 250ml 2x week
Week 4-10 . I'll be adding .5 of adex
Nolva and clomid is my pct .

I think you are too young.
I think you did not do enough research, because then you would see that you should at least be 25 before you touch AAS.

Mickey is right. AI needs to be started as soon as you start test injections.
I would personally start at .25 eod and adjust as necessary.

HCG will help prevent testicular atrophy. Many believe it's unnecessary, but the added precaution makes restarting your hpta less of a gamble.
I would strongly recommend using it @ 250iu twice a week.

Your a little light for your size to be cycling.This shows me your diet isnt right.Hit the diet section prior to your cycle and have it checked out.

How long have you been training? Like Songdog says your pretty light.
Must be a nutrition problem. If your training right and eating right you could easily be 185

I disagree on the weight concern guys. Ive learned that his stats are not as bad as we think - especially when we are taller and heavier, it sort of skews our perceptions a bit.

This guy has the exact stats as the OP. Yes, he may be in better condition than the OP (or maybe not, we don't know), but you get the idea.
