Lay on your back and bring one knee to your chest. After doing both legs a couple times for 30 seconds each I bring both knees to my chest and lean my head up. Hold that for 30 secs. Then of course hyper extensions. No weight needed, 3 sets of fifteen daily. Bengay is almost on my lower back 24/7. 800 mg ibuprofen. Hope that helps ya bro. Back pain succcckkss

Bro get an MRI you might have ended up with a hernia. Check out my post here titled 8mm hernia, I did mine deadlifting as well. Don't push your body if the pain is constant. Mine started as soreness but I was doing a plate, your pain is when your spine is flexing outward where the hernia could expand and whenit comes back in it could be pressing against your spinal canal.

PT will help but it depends on the size of the hernia which is why I recommend an MRI if its a minor 1-2 mm you might be able to do it

This for sure, if you scream in pain lifting both knees to your chest. Take it from a guy who has had two (2) microdiscectomy's.
