I am currently running 2 a days for the next 2 months to prepare for summer.
I do cardio fasted in the morning for 45 mins Monday thru Saturday.
30mins fast constant, 10 minute HIIT, 5 minute constant.
I lift:
Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Back
Wednesday: REST (only cardio)
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Arms
Saturday: Shoulders
Sunday: REST FULLY
I am on a low carb and low calorie cut right now. I find myself needing more sleep. I also feel that while on this anavar cycle I am not getting enough rest and or I am draining my body too much.
I was thinking of adding HIIT 2-3 times a week and not every cardio session like I am now.
So I was wondering what you guys thought???
