    Too Much HIIT/Cardio 6 Day cardio 5 day lift- Tired/Sleep Opinions Needed

    I am currently running 2 a days for the next 2 months to prepare for summer.

    I do cardio fasted in the morning for 45 mins Monday thru Saturday.

    30mins fast constant, 10 minute HIIT, 5 minute constant.


    I lift:

    Monday: Chest
    Tuesday: Back
    Wednesday: REST (only cardio)
    Thursday: Legs
    Friday: Arms
    Saturday: Shoulders
    Sunday: REST FULLY


    I am on a low carb and low calorie cut right now. I find myself needing more sleep. I also feel that while on this anavar cycle I am not getting enough rest and or I am draining my body too much.

    I was thinking of adding HIIT 2-3 times a week and not every cardio session like I am now.


    So I was wondering what you guys thought???

    What's ur weight and body fat %?

    What are ur macros set at...... I'd say if ur not loosing weight the problem is with nutrition....

    How long have u been cutting for?

    I suggest doing the HIIT then do the moderate. Don't do this every day, 3 times per week would be good (over time you could get over trained) doing just moderate cardio on your other days would be fine.

    Anavar only. Bf % loss has not been a problem. I've been feeling tired, i feel I have gone too far with the HIIT, I was running 6 days of HIIT. I changed my routine this week with moderate cardio with No HIIT on the majority of the days and HIIT on 2 days. Plus I have one day a week in my mens basketball league so that is basically sprints for ~30 minutes (full game time is 40mins).

    Overall I feel 100 times better, no need to take a "nap" and I have seen a greater change in my body definition somewhat. I am almost at the end of 2 weeks of the cycle, running it for 8.
