Anybody know whats the low down truth about these things.

apparently they shrink fat cells? Ummmm?? ya

some one shine some light on this gimmic for me?

I have seen some pretty convincing before and afters from people I even know? wth??

i still dont believe anything from a big band aid that makes you loose fat cells.

But honestly, I think it's more or less a dehydration thing. Like rubbing hemroid cream on ur stomach and wrapping it in plastic wrap. It will pull out water from that area I guess. It's an old trick military recruiters use to get fat people past meps.

I remember some show, comedy I guess, where a bloke was on one of those things, drinking a Mai Tai with a little umbrella in his glass.

There is a new version out of this but can't remember the name. It's a balance board that rotates so have to use stabilizer muscles. It's a workout. Lol. Machine cost 400-500.

Not that I am aware of but gosh that would be awesome. Laying out surrounded by buff men. I would be in heaven.

They are complete junk..., my mrs bought some with our me knowing...( not for me btw lol).. In the Instructions it says to use along side drinking at least x amount of water a day and to avoid certain foods.... So those last 2 points there is why some people may drop a kg or 2.....complete garbage!
