This summer I will be training 2-3 times a day - borderline over training but its par for the sport I'm in. If I am wanting to keep bloating to a min and barrel though my daily training, how should I take my prop? I know "test is test" but is it just bro-science that many mma dudes take test prop since it appears to hold less water? I'll be looking to run the prop 16 weeks - I know, but its about the length of my program during the summer and I don't want to get my ass kicked again and feel dead everyday
