    Which steroid cycle should i use?

    My stats:
    age 19
    height: 6ft
    body fat: 10%
    weight 135lbs

    I have been training hard from last 5 months around 4 times a week but have been unable to make any significant gains due to me being and ectomorph and my friends who started working out after me have made more noticeable gains than me in fewer time while I train with more intensity then them and my friends admit it them self. So, I finally gave in and thought about using roids i will train clean for 3 more months and then i will start using roids after i have been training for 8 months i was just wonder which cycle would you guys recommend as it will be my first cycle.

    I would not take anything till your older. Are you lifting heavy weights and low reps. Don't do 12-15 reps anymore if you are stick to 5-8 reps and increase your rest times from 1 minute to about 2-3 minutes to keep you heart rate lower. Do the heaviest weight you can on al your lifts now, you have been training long enough to start going up on weight ranges. And are you doing big lifts like squats and dead lifts and lunges?

    Holy crap, hold up no steroids! You are too young first off but an even bigger issue is your clear lack of diet knowledge. You have to eat to grow, learn to master your diet and training and you will put on weight. 135lb is small for even a 6" woman, I am only 2 inches taller than you but 102lbs heavier in my avatar.

    Welcome. You’re too young unless there’s a medical reason for you having low test you shouldn’t be using any AAS. Increase you caloric intake with quality nutrition and work out without over training and you will grow without any AAS. You should post your diet in the nutrition section. If you want you could post your AAS questions in the anabolic section, make sure to post your stats, the members there will give you their opinions.

    Oh no, welcome first. If you read and listen you will be able to make a better decision on this thought of yours. EVERYONE here will tell you are too young and you are. Don't be discouraged. For you right now you need to learn how to eat. I was like you but 5'-11". A good thing about being an ecto is that when you start to build it WILL SHOW right away. That will be cool for you. Definition ! So get some diet ideas and start to eat, eat, eat and the you can eat some more. Work out like a beast, but eat every two hours. Learn here on the nutrition site what to eat. Good luck you don't need aas yet 5 more years when you get bigger and educated....crazy mike

    Thank you for such a warm welcome guys. I am going to stick with the advice given above and start lifting heavier and push myself harder. Thanks for the advice guys. any meal plans from the guys who are saying i should eat more would be greatly appreciated. i consume 2500-3000 calories from day to day basis.
