    Bulking & Cutting !

    when cutting ,
    should i still lifting high weight reps [ 10 / 8 / 6 ] as same as bulking or what should i do ?

    id stick to the 8-12 rep range..

    No need to change from bulk to cut, do cardio to burn the extra cals

    Yeah, more calories burnt by increased cardio equals fat loss

    Lifting heavy when cutting is good. Your body will continue to burn calories when it's repairing your muscles. I do a 6 day routing with one off. Heavy lifting, cardio and abs, heavy lifting, cardio and abs etc.

    Or also reduce your calorie intake. A lot of people are consuming a lot more than necessary for muscle recovery. Keep the protein high.

    A lot of poeple say focus on less volume and maintain the weight, but that's from a strength perspective. I'm not too sure what the view is for bodybuilding.
