im 5'9 185 pounds 10% bf 27 yo
i've played competitive hockey my whole life and have done 2 cycle and lost all gains.
ive never taken diet seriously like counting calories and all that ive always ate "heathier" i guess.
and i see everyone on this forum is heavy into nutrition so i started eating a ton 2 protien shakes a day *never used them before* and eating a ton of chicken breasts and egg whites omelettes ground turkey burgers and ive gained 5 previously 180 pounds in a lil over a month.
now i want to gain like 10-15 pounds but i want to keep bf at 10-11% how many calories should i eat a day? thanks guy!
